Capita Snowboards
Capita was founded by former Burton pro-rider and art afficianado Jason Brown in the early years of this century and quickly established itself as the anarchic devil-child of the snowboarding world.
Capita combines this snotty punk-rock attitude with graphics by people who take themselves seriously as artists. But the brand is also renowned for its sense of humour, as classic designs like the twin-swallowtail Travis Parker pro-model showed. The graphic told riders where not to grab to avoid looking gay.
