Returns
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.
We accept the return of items only if they are in their original condition and returned with all packaging and labels, again in good condition. If you return goods to ourselves, as detailed above within 14 days of receipt, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Defective items
You can always return items if they are defective. Please see "To return an item" below for details of how to return defective items to us.
Delivery charges
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the error/defective item to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. If items are returned for a straight exchange due to change of size/color a further postage and package charge will be made.

Pay Over the Phone
To place an order, please call our mail order hotline on +44 (0)1539 821443 and speak to one of our sales advisors. Lines are open between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Saturday and 10am - 4pm on Sunday. We accept Delta, Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Switch and Solo. Please have your credit card details available.
To return an item
To return an item, Wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any). Then send the package to the address below:

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancelling an item
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products. To cancel this contract, please phone one of our sales team. Received orders may only be cancelled if the goods are returned unopened and in their original condition.

1. Any returns which are not defective and not our error, retuned under distance buying regulations will be subject to the customer paying the return cost for postage & packing.
2. Deposits are non-refundable
3. Cancelled special orders may be subject to a 40% re-stocking charge
